Michael Morawski and Frank Constant joined forces after 16 years of friendship, to form a company that used real estate investments to create wealth. Initially, the focus was property acquisitions for personal gain.Those early investments were very successful rehab projects which created enough cash which was then leveraged on longer term investments.
In June of 2004, Mike and Frank as partners aggressively began purchasing and/or controlling investment properties using a number of creative methods. In just over a year, the partners have created an investment portfolio that includes a combination of single and multi-family properties in multiple states. Mike and Frank collectively own or control over 20 properties generating a positive cash flow and growing in value each and every day.
Additionally, in this short period of time, the partners have amassed substantial equity in these properties which do not include their personal residences. Every property has a tenant or tenant/buyer in place.
The partners used a combination of entrepreneurial and operational skills to create a portfolio that was designed to create some income now and substantial income over time. Mike contributes energy, drive, commitment, and the big picture vision. Mike has put together a long list of profitable real estate and construction deals over the past 30 years. Mike has developed a keen sense of value in looking at properties, and is a master at structuring terms for property acquisitions.
Frank brings over 30 years of operational and management skills to the organization. Frank has learned that due diligence and education take most of the risk out of the real estate investment process. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are shared by both partners and are key ingredients in the success of this team.
Recently the partners decided that working with other investors would not only be fun, it had the potential to be very profitable for everyone. Committed to sharing their knowledge and experience, the partners began teaching and training other investors. In the process they discovered many synergies with other investors. The next logical step was to create opportunities where multiple people could share in larger real estate investments thus benefiting both the partners and their trusting clients.
Michael Franks LLC was formed to provide a business in which passive investors can reap the short and long term rewards of owning real estate without the day to day operational challenges that are typically associated with investment property ownership and management.
