The Michael Franks Foundation is currently a work in progress. The partners believe that money is simply a means of funding your life’s mission. Currently the partners are working with legal and financial counsel to complete the documents for 501(c)(3) status. The Michael Franks Foundation mission will be to help children. The Foundation will supply education, housing, and financial support to children who would otherwise not receive support. Corporate profits along with donations from outside sources will help the Foundation to eventually pay out over $1,000,000 to needy kids.

Join us for a relaxing day of golf and donate to a worthy cause! On August 25, 2008, The Michael Franks Foundation will be sponsoring its second annual golf outing to help support our cause and improve the lives of needy children and families in our community. To help support our efforts we would like to offer you the opportunity to promote your organization and assist children in need at the same time.
The Michael Franks Foundation was recently created to supply financial education assistance to young adults who would otherwise not receive this type of support. While all of us are susceptible to hard times, the education of our youth should not suffer because of it. This is why The Michael Franks Foundation has chosen to take on this cause. With the generous support of people like you, we are holding our 2nd Annual Golf Outing to help raise funds so that many of these young adults are able see a brighter future.
In addition to supporting our scholarship fund, Michael Franks has also partnered with Fellowship Housing Corporation to help support local single mothers in need. Fellowship Housing Corporation (FHC) is an independent, 501c3 non-profit organization that serves the needs of single moms and their children who are homeless or one small crisis away from homelessness. The mission of FHC is to transform the lives of these moms and their children by providing affordable housing and life skills mentoring to guide them from crisis to long-term stability. Since 1991, over 165 families have entered the FHC program with 92% of them going on to independent living.
