Michael Franks is a privately owned real estate company with diverse capabilities which include acquisition and due diligence services, finance and structuring services, property and asset management, and investor services.
The company is committed to excellence in real estate ownership and management; development of long-term strategic relationships with leading real estate professionals and companies; and to providing a rewarding environment for our employees, while creating opportunities for personal enrichment and career growth. We are guided by our belief that trust starts with honesty and integrity prevails in all business transaction.
Our principals possess a complementary set of skills that enable us to pursue complex real estate acquisitions and to find value through excellent design, development, financing and management of our assets. We execute an innovative and disciplined approach to each investment, which has allowed us to build a portfolio of properties that are well-positioned to generate cash flow and achieve capital growth. As a sponsor, we have a proven track record that demonstrates our ability to invest in high quality, attractively priced real estate transactions, execute a clearly defined plan to enhance value, and exit our investments successfully. Michael Franks, along with our institutional and high-net-worth individual investors, currently owns a portfolio in excess of 1000 units and growing.
Michael Franks' focus also includes structuring Tenant-In-Common (TIC) investors along with other structured products. The TIC marketplace allows investors to acquire direct ownership in a professionally managed, institutional-quality real estate asset. Each property that Michael Franks presents to the TIC market qualifies as a replacement property for a 1031 exchange. We advocate and practice a conservative and analytical investment philosophy. When we sponsor a Tennant-In-Common transaction, we do so with confidence that the property will not only meet our client's goals, but also exceed their expectations.
