Michael Morawski, CEO and one of the founding partners of Michael Franks LLC, has been successfully self-employed for over 30 years and has a diverse background in construction, real estate sales and investing. Michael displays an instinctive ability to deal with risk and uncertainty, along with gathering important information and making quick decisions. Michael's primary responsibilities include overseeing the acquisition division and capital procurements for the organization. His goal in starting Michael Franks LLC was to make a difference in peoples lives financially, using real estate as a passive investment vehicle.

Michael started his real estate investing career in the early 1990's by utilizing various forms of traditional and creative buying methods. He later went on to teach other investors the same techniques through mentoring programs and seminars.

Before starting his career in real estate, Michael owned and operated a successful general contracting business for 17 years generating $5,000,000 per year in revenue. He employed multiple staff members and crews specializing in swimming pool construction, kitchen and bath renovations and home additions.

Michael is committed to improving the real estate industry by educating and mentoring other industry professionals. His expertise includes coaching, training and serving as an advisor to individuals in the field. He has also served as an active member on several boards of directors with industry companies.

Michael is also one of the founding members of The Michael Franks Foundation providing college scholarships for less fortunate students, annual Toys for Tots support and single parent housing.
