This includes ground-up development, re-development, and acquisitions. Our goal is to provide opportunistic returns while mitigating the risks associated with these entrepreneurial projects.

With the establishment of highly skilled corporate acquisition, construction, financial, and property management teams, and the development and implementation of basic fundamental principles and practices of acquisition, Michael Franks, LLC was able to target and identify select properties that would further enhance their portfolio, complete the due-diligence process, conduct and evaluate market surveys, perform financial analysis, secure financing, and complete the acquisition process while others were still in the speculation phase.

Michael Franks continues to increase their asset base while significantly improving their net worth through the acquisition of properties at less than fair market value, and through the establishment of in-house construction, property renovation, and property management teams.
